My Mission
My mission is to earn and keep your confidence and trust. I want to be the consultant that you and your family and friends call whenever you need real estate help in South Orange County, whether or not it involves buying a home. My specialty is representing internet-savvy homebuyers in south Orange County and north San Diego County.

My Methods
I believe that no business relationship can be successful unless all parties are committed to making it work. That’s why I think it’s critical for me and my clients to get to know each other a little before we decide whether or not we want to work together. The "getting to know you" process is pretty straightforward. Sometimes, it’s just a meeting between me and you during which I try to get a complete understanding of your goals. In turn, you have the opportunity to get to know more about me and how I work. Then, we can each make an informed decision about whether or not we’re a "good fit." Most often, we get to know each other “online” through an e-mail relationship. Once we decide to work together, I will give you the best service of which I ’m capable. To deliver the level of service that I demand of myself and that you deserve takes a lot of time and energy. Where most real estate salespeople spend most of their time trying to find new clients, I spend virtually all of my time and energy on the clients I have.
My Commitments to You
1. I will work with you for however long it takes to find the right home
for you.
2. I will always be completely straight with you, explaining both the
positive AND the negative aspects of the homes we see together to the
best of my ability.
3. I will be a fierce advocate for you in all negotiations.
4. When problems arise (most transactions have at least a few
unanticipated hurdles), I will do my best to help you solve them.
NOT the End
It’s not uncommon for my clients and I to become friends. Even when they don ’t, they usually remain advocates for me and my services (see Testimonials for comments from some of my clients). Once we have worked together, I will always be available to provide advice and counsel on any real estate issue. If I don’t have the answers or the help you need, I’ll help you find someone who does. As I said in my mission statement, I want to be your family real estate consultant, and so I am committed to being there for you whenever you need real estate help.
